Monroe man charged

A Monroe County man was charged with harassment following an incident that occurred on Dec. 11 about 6 p.m. at 5505 Kunkletown Road, in Ross Township.

State police at Lehighton alleges that Rodney Hoffman, 46, of Saylorsburg, grabbed Amanda Rasley, 44, of Bethlehem, by the arm and pushed her and also struck in in the face with a sneaker.
