Tinted window leads to DUI arrest
State police at the Fogelsville barracks said they stopped a driver on Dec. 18 at 1:50 a.m. for a tinted window violation and subsequently made an arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol.
The defendant is Christopher Poniktera, 35, of Emmaus.
Police said he was stopped along Route 29 in Lower Macungie Township, after which time police observed several signs of impairment due to intoxication on the driver.
