Woman is charged in New Philadelphia
Marissa Lynn Stevens, 22, of New Philadelphia, is facing a charge of harassment as a result of an incident that happened at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 18 at 40 Clay St., New Philadelphia.
State police at the Frackville barracks said it is alleged she threatened physical harm to Amanda Marie Morris, 22, also of New Philadelphia, during an altercation in an apartment building at the above location.
