Tamaqua girl receives degree at LHU

The Lock Haven University 2011 winter commencement ceremony was held Saturday, Dec. 17. Among the 307 students receiving degrees degree candidates from the College of Arts and Sciences and the College of Education and Human Services was Monica L Breiner of Tamaqua, Bachelor of Science in Education.
