Schuylkill property transfers

Property transfers recorded in the Schuylkill County Courthouse recently were as follows:

Conference of the United Methodist Church, a Pennsylvania non-profit organization, to Tamaqua Area Community Partnership, property at 121 Pine Street, Tamaqua, $32,000. (Trustees of Salem Evangelical Church of Tamaqua, due to merger became known as Salem United Methodist Church, due to the national denomination merger of the Evangelical United Brethren Church with The Methodist Church on April 23, 1968. The Tamaqua Church was discontinued on April 30, 2011 and its assets were turned over to the trustees of the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference of the United Methodist Church).

Brett G. Zehner to Gary M. Zehner, one-half interest in property on east side of Lehigh Street, Tamaqua, $1 (transfer between brothers).

Gary M. Zehner to Lisa M. Zehner, property on east side of Lehigh Street, Tamaqua, $1 (transaction from father to daughter).

Mary Susan Pliska, Hazel Township, Luzerne County, to Gregory Williams an Holly Rider, parcel containing 6,000 square feet at southwestern intersection of Jackson and Cleveland Streets, McAdoo, $18,500.

Judith Lech, Tamaqua to 900 East Broad Street, LLC, Tamaqua, tract containing 7.842 acres of lang beginning at a stake at the southeast corner of the conveyance, the stake being in the north line of land of Tamaqua Borough Authority in Rush Township, $40,000.

Fritzinger, 537 Ridge Road, Andreas, tract containing 13.191 acres located 125 feet west of Township Route 928 (Bolich Road) and a second parcel on the west side of a dirt Township Route 928 leading from Traffic Route 309 to Township Route 761, containing 0.060 of an acre, in West Penn Township, $1 (full consideration $60,000).
