Divorce started

Colleen Booth, 135 Clearview Drive, Palmerton, filed against Kevin Booth, 355 Hahn's Dairy Road, Palmerton. They were married May 9, 1998.

Owes for vehicle

M & T Bank, N.A., successor in interest to M & T Credit Corporation, Buffalo, N.Y., filed a civil action against Daniel P. Marsolick, 227 E. McMurtrie St., Summit Hill, claiming the defendant defaulted on a retail installment contract involving the purchase of a 2008 Adventurer 38T recreational vehicle.

The plaintiff says it repossessed the vehicle and sold it at an auction, but the defendant is responsible for the deficiency balances, late fees, interest and legal fees. M & T is seeking judgment in the amount of $45,449.54.

Credit defaults

The following action was filed by a credit card company, or its collection agencies, for alleged default on a credit card/loan account:

LVNV Funding, LLC, Greenville, S.C., filed against Sandra Barndt, 716 First St., Palmerton, seeking $5,208.97.
