Forgery

Criminal charges were filed against Denise Williams, 49, of 166 Lehigh Avenue, Palmerton, for three counts of forgery, five counts of access device fraud, theft by deception, and receiving stolen property. The incident occurred on various and diverse times and dates between 2008 and 2010.

Speeding

Todd Cermak, 28, of 235 Spring Road, Palmerton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on jan. 11 at 12:47 a.m. in the 1100 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

A citation was issued to Michelle Proffit, 41, of 20 Whitey B Road, Kunkletown, for speeding. The violation occurred on Jan. 11 at 6:39 p.m. at Delaware Avenue and Beltz Lane.

Traffic violation

Justin Muffley, 33, of 307 Princeton Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for driving vehicle at safe speed. The violation occurred on Jan. 19 at 5:11 a.m. at Second Street and Alley H.

A citation was issued to Erin Larkin, 29, of 3511 Cherry Circle, Schnecksville, for obedience to traffic control devices. The violation occurred on Jan. 17 at 5:36 p.m. at Third Street and Delaware Avenue.

Justin Fritz, 22, of 1029 W. Princeton Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for driving under suspension. The violation occurred on Jan. 8 at 11:27 a.m. in the 800 block of Princeton Avenue.

Vehicle violation

Pamela Smith, 34, of 826 Lafayette Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for expired registration. The violation occurred on Jan. 7 at 4:14 p.m. in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.

A citation was issued to Valerie Vanwhy, 20, of 180 Twin Flower Circle, Kunkletown, for expired registration. The violation occurred on Jan. 14 at 8:44 a.m. on SR248 east.

David Paduani, 62, of 6 Christman Road, Lehighton, was cited for no PA inspection and removal of certificate of inspection. The violations occurred on Jan. 4 at 3:36 p.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.

A citation was issued to Kyle Nielsen, 20, of 515 A Delaware Avenue, Palmerton, for expired inspection. The violation occurred on Jan. 14 at 2:05 p.m. in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

Nathan Haydt, 18, of 100 Wintergreen Road, Palmerton, was cited for expired inspection. The violation occurred on Jan. 17 at 4:10 p.m. in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.

Terroristic threats

Criminal charges were filed against Joseph Easton, 23, of 346 Delaware Avenue, Apt. B, Palmerton, for aggravated assault, simple assault, and 2 counts of terroristic threats. The incident occurred on Jan. 20 at 1:40 a.m. at the above address.

Disorderly conduct

Citations were filed against a 17-year-old Palmerton male, a 17-year-old Weissport male and a 16-year-old Weissport female for disorderly conduct. The violations occurred on Jan. 9 at 4:45 p.m. on Third Street.
