Contract default

Slip and fall suit
Stephanie Molden, 4 Foxhall Rd., Newtown, Bucks County, filed a civil complaint against Tuthill Corporation, Blue Mountain Ski Area, 1660 Blue Mountain Drive, Palmerton.
The suit states on Feb. 7, 2009, the plaintiff was at the ski area and walking on a designated walkway when she was caused to slip and fall on ice sustaining injuries detailed in the suit.
Negligence is alleged against the defendant and sought are damages in excess of $50,000.
