Schuylkill incident being probed

State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating a criminal mischief incident that occurred at a Schuylkill County business.

Troopers said the incident occurred at the Getty Gas Station, located along the Pottsville/Saint Clair Highway, in Norwegian Township.

Troopers said on Feb. 10 about 1:41 a.m. unknown criminals in a dark in color sports utility vehicle pulled to the rear of the property. The occupants sat in the vehicle for about eight minutes before a passenger exited the vehicle and threw a large cinder block through a large window of the business. They then fled the scene last seen going west on Ann Street.
