Monroe crash

State police at Fern Ridge reported investigating a one-vehicle crash about 10:45 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 13, along Merwinsburg Road, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County.

Troopers said Thomas Atkinson, 31, of Albrightsville, was driving a 2008 Honda southbound when he lost control. The vehicle struck a ice bank along the berm.

Atkinson was not injured but the vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
