High rise resident is cited twice
A Tamaqua woman was issued two citations for incidents that took place last week at the Tamaqua ABC High Rise.
Jean Huffman, 54, of 222 E. Broad St., allegedly had a confrontation last Wednesday, at 8:30 p.m., in the high rise laundry room with fellow resident Susan Del Monte.
On Friday, Huffman allegedly confronted fellow resident Joseph Delaney in the community room of the apartment complex.
The citations were both for harassment.
