Katie Moran and Stephen Boccella
The engagement of Katie Moran to Stephen Boccella, both of Macungie, has been announced by her mother.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Christine Moran, Lake Hauto, and the late Robert Moran. She is a 2001 graduate of Marian Catholic High School and a 2005 graduate of the University of Scranton, where she earned a bachelor of science in exercise science. She earned a master of science degree in exercise science and health promotion from the California University of Pennsylvania in 2010.
She is a wellness coach with Wellness Coaches USA.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Kathleen and Salvatore Boccella Jr. of Hatboro, Pa.
A 1986 graduate of Arch Bishop Wood High School, he graduated in 1990 from Villanova University, with a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering.
He is an engineer at Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., at their corporate headquarters.
A wedding is being planned for Nov. 12, 2011.
