Attains dean's list

Heather A. Nunemacher has been named to the dean's list for the fall 2010 semester at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.

The dean's list recognizes students who achieve a grade-point average of 3.4 or higher out of a possible 4.0 for the semester.

Nunemacher is a 2006 graduate of Tamaqua Area High School. She is in her fifth year of a six-year program for a doctor of physical therapy. She is an alumnae of the Alpha Sigma Tau Sorority.

Nunemacher recently finished her first clinical rotation and will begin her second clinical rotation in the spring at St. Luke's Rehab Partners in Northampton.

She is the daughter of Raymond and Kathy Nunemacher of Tamaqua. Her grandparents are Edward and Viola Steigerwalt of Lehighton, and Patricia and the late Raymond Nunemacher of Slatington.
