Carbon burglary

State police at Fern Ridge are investigating a burglary that occurred at a Carbon County residence.

Troopers said a home along Black Walnut Lane, in Penn Forest Township, was entered about 8:14 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 19. As the criminals entered the home an alarm system sounded.

The intruders took some property from the home before the arrival of troopers. The home is owned by Robert M. Kessler, 64, of Quakertown.
