JROTC cadet places in 2nd Brigade Essay Contest

Second year cadet, Angela Piscitelli of the Panther Valley JROTC Corps, placed in the top 10 of the 2nd Brigade Essay Contest, out of 15,800 essay submissions.

Corps officials have commended her achievement.
