Monroe woman facing charges

A Monroe County woman is facing a charge of harassment.

State police at Lehighton said on Tuesday, Feb. 22, about 11 a.m. Stephanie Freeo, 41, of 3239 Ruby Court, Saylorsburg, reported she had received repeated phone calls from Kelly Marie House, 22, of Effort, at inconvenient hours. These calls occurred over numerous days, troopers said.

House will be charged, troopers added.
