Schuylkill man facing theft count
A Schuylkill County man is facing a charge of retail theft.
State police at Frackville said Jason J. Dahm, 33, of Tuscarora, was charged after an incident at the Kmart store in the Schuylkill Mall, New Castle Township, that occurred on Wednesday, Feb. 23. Troopers said during the period of 7:15 and 7:25 p.m. Dahm removed 10 PlayStation 3 games from the store without paying for them. Store loss prevention personnel observed the thefts, troopers said.
