Monroe man cited by Tamaqua police
A Stroudsburg man has been cited by Tamaqua police for passing a bad check.
Sher Afsar Khan, 63, of 7793 Ramble Bush Rd., wrote a check on July 26, 2010, in the amount of $765, payable to Robert Kenesky of Tamaqua. The check was returned due to insufficient funds in the account. Khan failed to respond to attempts to resolve the issue.
Charges were filed Feb. 22 in the office of District Judge Stephen Bayer, of Tamaqua.
