Brother-sister cited in Schuylkill

A brother and sister were cited for harassing each other in Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said troopers were called to Furnace Road, in Blythe Township, on Thursday, Feb. 24, about 11 p.m. to a report of a argument. On scene troopers determined at Rosemary Gibas, 32, and her brother, Joseph Gibas, 31, both of New Philadelphia, had engaged in a verbal argument that escalated to physical contact. Both were issued citations for harassment, troopers said.
