Monroe man cited for false alarms
A Monroe County man was cited for false alarms.
State police at Fern Ridge said Frank Megna, of Saylorsburg, was cited for causing or permitting four or more false alarm activations during a consecutive 12-month period. The period ran from January to December 2010, troopers said.
