Revoke probation

Rashan Hunt, 21, West Hazleton, after a hearing in court had his probation revoked by Judge Charles M. Miller and was committed to the county prison to serve the balance of his sentence with a loss of 132 days of liberty which were added to extend his maximum sentence to Aug. 26, 2012. Hunt pleaded guilty last May 2 to charges of forgery and theft of property of Joseph Baranko, Green Street, Kline Township, and after serving one month in prison was placed on probation for 23 months. He was cited b y Kline Township Officer Scott Cramer.
