Schuylkill man cited
A Schuylkill County man was cited for harassment following a domestic incident involving his wife.
State police at Schuylkill Haven said Edward Sincavage, 38, of 31 Deer Park Drive, Norwegian Township, was cited after he allegedly poked his wife Patricia Sincavage, 42, in the face and spit in her face.
The incident occurred about 12:57 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 4, troopers said.
