Marian boys rout Nativity
The Marian boy basketball team continued its winning ways on Friday night, while the Northwestern girls fell to Wilson.

Marian remained undefeated in Schuylkill League play by routing Pottsville Nativity, 54-36.
The Colts (8-1, 4-0) jumped out to a 6-0 lead behind a pair of Chris Barletta hoops and one by JT Keer and never trailed.
Barletta led Marian with 18 points. Ryan Gimbi added 15 and Eric Baker just missed double figures with nine points.
Nativity, which is coached by former Marian assistant Chris McLaughlin, was led Lee Strause and Mike Fetteroff with nine points apiece.

GIRLS BASKETBALL
Northwestern-Wilson
The Lady Warriors (5-3, 4-2) jumped out to a 11-point lead in the first quarter and never looked back in defeating the Lady Tigers 50-36.
Alyssa Gibson had 21 points to lead Wilson's scoring attack, while Sara Jones was the only Tiger (3-6, 2-4) in double figures.
