New Philadelphia man faces DUI charges

Rush Township police report that James P. Vidzicki, 43, of New Philadelphia, is facing driving under the influence (DUI) and other traffic charges after crashing his vehicle into a snow bank on Taggertsville Road on Dec. 27 at 9:27 p.m.

Vidzicki was taken back to the police station for a breath test. The test results were .137 percent.
