Monroe man facing trespass charge
State police at Lehighton said a Monroe County man is facing a charge of criminal trepass.
Troopers said John Schmidt, 63, of Kresgeville, will be charged for an incident at the residence of Richard Mackes, 41, of 6 Frantz Rd., Kunkletown, Polk Township. Troopers said Schmidt was at the Mackes residence about 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 8 and refused to leave after being told he was no longer welcome there.
