Earns black belt

Jessica Fegley has been promoted to First Dan Black Belt in Tang Soo Do. She is a student at Mountain Warriors Karate Institute of Forest Inn under instructor Cesar Fernandez, 3rd Dan. She is the daughter of Ken and Cherie Fegley.
