Identity theft incident probed
State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating an incident of identity theft.
Troopers said unknown criminals opened a credit card acount in the name of Debra Michelle Neidlinger, 54, of Washington Township, and made various fraudulent purchases totaling $3,071 using the card.
