Edward D. Leshko, 2006 Evergreen Drive, Tamaqua, started a divorce action against Cynthia M. Leshko, 2174 N. Eighth St., Lehighton. They were married Jan. 2, 1998.
David Lynn Cvijic, 103 E. Main St., Palmerton, filed suit for divorce against Virginia Lee Cvijic, 310 W. Main St., Hummelstown. They were married March 1, 1991.
Owe school tax
Panther Valley School District filed suit against Mischele Willias, trustee for 112th Anthracite Valley Land Trust, alleging $934.17 is owed the school district on the property at 112 Sixth St., Coaldale.
Tamaqua Area School District filed suit against Dennis J. and Allyn M. Starry, alleging they owe $1,682.57 in back taxes on the property at 50 Mahanoy Avenue, Rush Township.
Credit card debt
Citibank (South Dakota) , Sioux Falls, S.D., filed suit against Joan L. Fisher, 307 Royer St., New Ringgold, alleging she owes a balance of $14,572.98 on her credit card.
Discover Bank, New Albany, Ohio, filed suit against Cynthia Ann Marlin, Gay St., Tamaqua, alleging she owes $5,442.36 on her credit card.
Divorces granted
Patricia J. Smith was granted a divorce from Robert P. Smith, both of Gordon. They were married March 24, 1982.
Raymond Knapp Sr., was granted a divorce from Joan Knapp, Tower City. They were married May 15, 1989.
Richard D. Donati Jr., was granted a divorce from Heather M. Donati, both of Pottsville. They were married Oct. 24, 1998.
Karen Elizabeth Evans, Pottsville, was granted a divorce from Aron Lewis Evans, Palo Alto. They were married Jan. 27, 2007.
Deanna L. Miller, Spring Valley, Ill., was granted a divorce from John A. Miller, Whitehall, They were married Aug. 20, 1994.
End ARD program
Robert Michael Dilorenzo, 22, Auburn, was removed by President Judge William E. Baldwin from the Accelerated Rehabilative Disposition (ARD) probation program, which is reserved for first offenders to allow them to clear their name. He now faces trail on charges of selling and furnishing alcohol beverages to minors as charged by Patrolman John Mohl, Pottsville police.
Revoke probation
Anthony Pascoe, 24, of 201 E. Kline Ave., Lansford, was removed from the Intermediate Punishment Program (IPP) which placed him on probation for four years and 11 months after spending 30 days in the county prison. He was re-sentenced by Senior Judge D. Michael Stine to undergo incarceration in the county prison for not less than 64 days nor more than six months with credit for serving 64 days which made him eligible for immediate probation. On two driving under the influence (DUI) charges he was re-sentenced to serve 24 months on probation.
Christopher William Weston, 29, of 221 W. High St., Coaldale, had his probation revoked by Judge John E. Domalakes and he was re-sentenced to serve four to 18 months in the county prison on a DUI charge and was given credit for serving 53 days in prison. His new maximum date for release was extended to May 22, 2012.
Seini N. Gustitus, 23, Tremont, was removed from the IPP by Domalakes for which he was serving 24 months probation and was re-sentenced on charges of possession with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance in Ashland to serve 12 to 24 months in a state correctional institution. On two charges of possession of drug paraphernalia will have to serve an additional 24 months on probation when released from prison
