A Schuylkill County driver is facing charges following an incident in Lehigh County.

State police at Fogelsville said Tabatha Christi Reph, 26, of Orwigsburg, was driving a 1993 Chevrolet Lumina and was stopped about 12:49 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 22, for a traffic violation.

Reph was found to be under the influence and was in possession of a marijuana smoking device. She was placed under arrest and transported to the county DUI center for a blood test.

Reph's 3-year-old son was a passenger in the vehicle at the time, troopers added. He was taken from the scene by troopers and later released to the custody of a friend of Reph's.

Troopers said Reph is facing charges of driving under the influence (DUI), possession of drug paraphernalia, habitual offender, driving under suspension-DUI related and roadways laned for traffic.
