Lehigh teen cited for harassment

A Lehigh County teen was cited for harassment following an incident that occurred on Sunday, Jan. 23.

State police at Foglesville said troopers responded to 6719 Madison St., New Tripoli, Lynn Township, about 10:17 p.m. for a reported argument. Upon arrival troopers learned that Jeffrey Michael Busch, 46, and Brandon Lee Walbert, 19, both of New Tripoli, were involved in a dispute.

Busch said Walbert struck him in the face during the argument. Upon further investigatioin it was found that Walbert was also consuming vodka throughout the night.

Troopers said Walbert was cited for harassment and the purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of liquor or malt brewed beverages.
