Lehighton couple wed 40 years
Donna and Richard Bloom Sr. are celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary. They were married on Jan. 30, 1971 in Jim Thorpe.
Mrs. Bloom is the daughter of the late Peter and Alice Reeser. Her husband is the son of the late George and Mabel Bloom.
They are the parents of five children: Ronald and his wife Betty of Lehighton; Richard Jr. and his wife Joyce of Andreas; Robert and his wife Dioneley of Whitehall; Robin and her husband Harry Diehl of Lehighton; and Roxanne and her husband Gerry Berger, also of Lehighton.
The couple has four grandchildren.
