Resident cited for snow in the street
A Lehighton resident was cited for violating a borough ordinance which prohibits throwing snow or ice into the street.
Police said Raquel Brown, 40, of 324 N. Fifth St., was cited on Saturday, Jan. 22, about 7 p.m.
