Boat theft probed in Monroe County
Pocono Mountain Regional Police are investigating the theft of a boat from a Coolbaugh Township man.
Sometime between June 28 and 30 someone cut a chain and steel cable that was securing Grancis Gosciminski's brown and tan, 10-foot Basstender row boat to a boat stand at Arrowhead Lakes Beach 4.
