Nesquehoning man cited in JT
Michael L. Belson, 32, of 11 N. School St., Nesquehoning, has been arrested by Jim Thorpe police on two counts of tampering with records of identification and retail theft stemming from an incident on March 4.
Borough police said the victim is the Jim Thorpe Market, 101 Laurel St.
Police said the owner of the store notified them that video surveillance showed the victim removed two UPC labels from other items and place them on two pork tenderloins to show a $16 difference in the original prices.
