NV wins LVL title

Northern Valley turned back Salisbury 11-1 to win the Lehigh Valley Legion regular season title on Saturday and earned the No. 1 spot in the Region 2 Tournament.

Kyle Schomp went three-for-three, scored a pair of runs and had one RBI for Northern. Tyler Harris and Talon Williams each had a single, double, three RBI and scored a run.

Harris was also the winning pitcher, giving up just two hits in four innings of work.

Northern Valley also defeated Southern Lehigh on Friday night, 14-3.
