St. Paul Lutheran

The Rev. Carl Schweitzer, a retired pastor from Lehighton, will be the guest preacher at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Summit Hill, on Sunday, July 3.

The service will begin at 9:30 a.m., which is a new starting time for the services which will be held in July and August.

A meeting of the Congregational Council will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 12, to discuss upcoming projects.

Hope of Christ

Members of the Hope of Christ Presbyterian Church, Summit Hill, are reminded the summer worship schedule is now in effect.

The Sunday morning worship service will begin at 9:30 for the season. Communion will be observed on the first Sunday of each month.

Methodist Charge

The service schedule for the Coaldale/Summit Hill United Methodist Charge for Sunday, July 10, is as follows:

Worship services will be held at 9 a.m. in the Summit Hill United Methodist Church and at 11 a.m. in the Coaldale United Methodist Church.

The Rev. Burgess Gordon will officiate at both services.
