McAdoo man facing DUI count

A McAdoo man is facing charges of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol, as well as other charges, following a July 2 incident in Rush Township.

Lawrence Petrole, 50, was stopped on Claremont Avenue (SR309), at 11:30 p.m., by township police.

The officer detected signs of intoxication, but Petrole refused to submit to testing.
