52nd wedding anniversary observed

Mr. and Mrs. Truman Andrews of Franklin Township, recently observed their 52nd wedding anniversary on June 27. The Rev. Paul Buehrle married the couple at St. Paul's Church, Big Creek.

Mrs. Andrews is the former Joy Ann Young, daughter of the late Stella Ahner of Lehighton.

Mr. Andrews is the son of the late Clinton and Marguerite Andrews of Slatington and is retired from Bethlehem Steel.

The celebrants have three children: Wendy Jo Bussey-Williams, Scott Alan Andrews and Marci Ann Warnkin, all of Lehighton.

They also have three grandchildren: Alexander Hinkle, Steve Warnkin, Jr. and Megan Warnkin, all of Lehighton.
