Charged with fake raffle tickets
A Monroe County man has been accused of selling false raffle tickets.
According to state police at Lehighton, Barry Allen Frantz, 41, of Effort, was charged with selling the false tickets to Christopher Tokar, 49, and Jacques L. Fuqua, 74, both of Effort.
The incident allegedly occurred at 9 p.m. Monday, June 13 in Chestnuthill Township.
