Attains dean's list
Andrew W. Watkins, Summit Hill, has made the dean's list Honor for the 2011 spring semester at Kutztown University. Watkins, a 2006 Panther Valley graduate, will graduate from Kutztown in December with a bachelor's degree in art education.
He is the son of Megan Watkins and grandson of William and Eleanor Watkins of Lansford.
