June 8, 1950 Eddie Conahan collects three hits, one of them a three-run homer, to help power Summit Hill to a 13-8 Panther Valley League win over Hauto. Conahan adds two runs scored as the winners finish the contest with 16 safeties. Charley McHugh bangs out three hits while Mark Sibbach contributes two hits and two runs scored. The Hillers also receive two hits and a run scored from Enrico Lavagna and a hit and two runs scored from Vince Lisella.
