Lehighton to hold Fall Sports Physicals

Physicals for fall sports for Lehighton High School and Middle School students will be held in the High School nurse's office on Tuesday, July 19.

Students are asked to report at their scheduled time and wear shorts and a t-shirt. Due to the volume of students scheduled into each time slot, only those students that have returened their physical forms to the nurse have pre-registered for a physical. There are no walk-ins permitted on the day of the physical exams. All students will need a physical completed in order to participate on the first day of practice. These physicals ARE NOT for Booster Club sports, they are for school sponsored athletes only.

Following is a list of the times for each sport:

FIELD HOCKEY

Grades 10, 11 and 12 at 7:55 a.m.

Grades 8 and 9 at 8:15 a.m.

Grade 7 at 8:30 a.m.

VOLLEYBALL

All grades at 8:45 a.m.

BOYS' SOCCER

All grades at 9 a.m. (including co-ed middle school soccer)

CROSS COUNTRY and GOLF

All grades at 9:30 a.m.

FOOTBALL

Grades 11 and 12 at 9:45 a.m.

Grades 9 and 10 at 10 a.m.

Grades 7 and 8 at 10:15 a.m.
