Theft incidents

State police at Lehighton are investigating a theft incident in Monroe County.

Landon Donald Gougher, 24, of 342 Chestnut Ridge, Kunkletown, Eldred Township, reported someone removed the tailgate from his white Dodge Ram truck while parked at his residence. The theft was reported at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 7. The tailgate is valued at $400.
