Two cited at lake in Schuylkill
Two men were cited for an incident at a lake in Schuylkill County.
State police at Schuylkill Haven said the incident occurred at Sweet Arrow Lake in Washington Township, on Saturday, June 4, about 2:10 p.m.
Troopers said Mark Rose Jr., 33, of Schuylkill Haven, arrived at the lake where Brian Kintzel, 47, of Pine Grove, was fishing. Rose jumped over guide rail and began arguing with Kintzel over money.
Rose allegedly threatened to drown Kintzel in the lake and Kintzel allegedly threatened to beat Rose with a rock. Both were cited for disorderly conduct, troopers said.
