Two juveniles cited for retail theft
Two Schuylkill County juveniles were cited for retail theft following an incident at the Schuylkill Mall in New Castle Township.
State police at Frackville said the juveniles, both 15 and both from Ringtown, were stopped by security personnel at the Kmart store attempting to remove various clothing items without paying for them. The incident occurred about 8 p.m. on Friday, May 27.
