New York man cited in Monroe
A New York city resident is facing charges following an incident in Monroe County involving his ex-wife.
Pocono Mountain Regional police said Lisa Brisco, 54, of Long Pond, reported her ex-husband, Daniel Brisco, 59, had threatened her life over the course of several months and had stalked her.
A warrant was obtained for his arrest charging him with violation of a protection from abuse (PFA) order, harassment and stalking, police said.
