The following actions were filed by credit card companies, or their collection agencies, for alleged defaults on credit card/loan accounts.

Harvest Credit Management VII, 1580 Lincoln St., Denver, Colo., filed two actions as follows: Jenny R. Linaberry, 176 S. Second St., Lehighton, seeking $2,077.22; and Eric M. Flexer, 13 Main Rd., Lehighton, seeking $3,329.96.

Midland Funding, c/o 120 N. Keyser Ave., Scranton, filed against Karen Gehret, 115 Ginsburg Circle, Albrightsville, seeking $5,887.70.

Default on note

Mauch Chunk Trust Co., 1111 North St., Jim Thorpe, filed an action against Thomas M. Schaeffer, 233 Coal St., Lehighton, and Thomas A. Schaeffer, 188 S. Third St., Lehighton, alleging they defaulted on a promissory note. Sought is $11,472.25 plus interest, costs and fees.

Divorces started

Francis J. Sebelin, 601 South St., Jim Thorpe, filed against Paula L. Seblin, 424 Mahoning St., Lehighton. They were married Sept. 12, 1998.

Kimberly H. Alvarado, 249 W. White St., Summit Hill, filed against Christian Alvarado, 200 E. Fell St. Summit Hill. They were married June 3, 1995.

Auto crash suit

Robert F. and Susan Tessitore, 1047 Germans Rd., Lehighton, filed an action against Joseph Solt and Callista Foit, both of 26 Shelby Drive, Lehighton.

The suit states on July 5, 2009, Robert Tessitore was operating a vehicle along SR895 in East Penn Township when a vehicle driven by Solt, and jointly owned by Foit, collided into his vehicle.

Negligence is alleged for damages and injuries sustained and detailed in the suit. Sought is damages in excess of the statutroy limits of arbitration on each of three counts.

Cenlar FSB, 425 Phillips Blvd., Trenton, N.J., filed against Joseph C. and Vicki A. Hess, 4514 Nile Drive, Whitehall, over property at 43 Beaver Drive, Albrightsville. Sought is $193,544.59 and continuing interest.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., c/o 7255 Baymeadows Way, Jacksonville, Fla., filed against Lokwa Baombolia and Tshilonda Sabwa, both of 2422 Ute Trail, Albrightsville, over property at that address. Sought is $187,061.59 and continuing interest.

Green Tree Consumer Discount Co., 7360 S. Kyrene Rd., Tempe, Ariz., filed against Jean Downs, 514 Pinoak Drive, aka, 11 Pinoak Drive, Jim Thorpe, over property at that address. Sought is $213.303.52 and continuing interest.

BAC Home Loans Servicing, 1800 Tapo Canyon Rd., Simi Valley, Calif., filed against Kimberly L. Eckroth, aka, Kimberly L. Reenock, 85 Juniper Way, Palmerton, over property at that address. Sought is $109,144.49 and continuing interest.

Loan default

First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union, Box 20450, Lehigh Valley, filed an action against Colleen M. McGuire, 512 South St., Apt. 1, Jim Thorpe, alleging she defaulted on a loan. Sought is $7,057.92 plus interest, costs and fees.
