June 23, 1963 The pitching of Eddie O'Donnell and the bat of Pat Searfoss help lead Weatherly to a 7-1 legion win over Tamaqua. O'Donnell allows just four hits and a fourth-inning run while Searfoss collects two hits and scores a run. The winners also recieved a hit and run scored from Carey Searfass and Kline while Hinkle scored a pair of runs. For Tamaqua, Bernie Heller had two hits.
