Lehighton man cited in borough

James R. Taylor, 46, of 463 N. Second St., Lehighton, has been cited by the Lehighton police for harassment.

Taylor was charged following a physical altercation which occurred at 124 S. Bridge St., on June 18 at about 11:45 p.m.
