Youth services worker injured

State police at Lehighton reported that Aaron M. Pretko, 22, of Weissport, a Youth Service Agency staff member, was injured by Eli M. Boyd, 18, of Philadelphia, while Pretko was attempting to restrain him.

Boyd kicked Pretko, kneeing him in the right side of his head. Charges were filed against Boyd. The incident occurred at 3:30 p.m. June 23 at Camp Adams in Penn Forest Township.
